Definition of terms:

• Contract Sales Price - Enter the anticipated sales price of your home, but do not include any closing costs, repair costs, or other seller concessions. (no commas or dollar signs)

• Commission % - Enter the anticipated total commission without decimals or a percent sign (e.g. 6). The default commission is 6.

• Estimated Closing Date - This affects the pro-rated taxes and can make a large difference.

• Yearly Taxes - Enter your yearly taxes without commas or decimals. If you don't know your taxes click here for Orange County or here for Seminole County.

• Seller Contribution - If you are paying any closing costs, repair costs, or other seller concessions, enter the total amount here without commas or decimals.
